Why I do what I do.
I’ve worked in the corporate world for almost ten years, and I’ve always wondered if there wasn’t a better way to approach work, help everyone thrive, collaborate efficiently, and lead people in a way that brings out the best in them.
As an introvert, empath & highly sensitive person, I’ve often been told that I was too quiet, too kind, and too considerate.
It took me many years to go from feeling not good enough to realizing that I wholeheartedly disagree. I think that these traits are exactly what we need more of in the workplace.
- People who listen more than they speak.
- People who are kind and considerate.
- People who want the best for everyone, instead of just for themselves.
